How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? And how do you want to perform?

Hey, I'm Tim, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Thanks for checking out my website! ;) Let me tell you a bit about myself. Since birth I’ve had a passion for moving and exercising. I’ve always been involved in many different sports. However, in my childhood and early teen years, despite my regular exercising, I was overweight. This bothered me, and eventually led me to start lifting weights at age 14. I immediately fell in love and 8 years later, aged 22, I've sharpened my fitness skills and specialized in strength training, muscle growth & fat loss, and athletic performance.

It wasn’t easy, but through consistent hard work and trial and error, I reached the point of being very happy with my body and overall physical state! This is something I’d really love for everyone to feel too… even though unfortunately most don’t.

That’s why I’m proud to say that today I get to guide others towards their own fitness goals, and consequently help them live better, higher quality lives.

How about we look at my main training philosophy?

Personally, I believe there are 3 pillars to physical success:

  1. How you look.

  2. How you feel.

  3. How you perform.

For me, it’s not only about looking good. It's about looking good, feeling good, and performing at your best. This is the holy triad.

Everybody has their own goals, and that’s great. But what’s the point of having a six-pack when you have horrible back pain? Or what’s the point of being super muscular when you’re barely able to walk a flight of stairs without getting out of breath?

You get the point. Everyone is different, has their own needs, and doesn’t necessarily care about the same things. That’s totally normal and fine. Training always depends on the individual person, because after all, that’s why it’s called personal training!

Still, to be successful, everyone must accomplish some sort of (their OWN) balance between those three aspects. It is my job as a personal trainer to help you achieve that balance (that is exactly right for YOU).
